Comparison of Coronary Diseases by Coronary Angiography between Diabetic and Non-Diabetic Patients

Cardiac adversity is by far the commonest cause of mortality in patients with diabetes.to study angiographic extents, number coronary vessels, and type lesions(A, B, C)and comparison findings between diabetic nondiabetic patients. The included all Syrian who underwent a cardiac catheterization from 8 March to September 2022 at Tishreen University Hospital Latakia. It 455 patients; 181 them were excluded(either normal arteries or fact that patient had previously performed Coronary Artery Bypass Graft). Results this comparative study: Diabetic more affected arteries(3arteries:39.6% 6.7%in patients, two arteries:35.3% 11.9% non-diabetic 4 arteries(including left main):5.8 % 1.5% single artery:16.5%in 76.3% anterior descending artery most artery, 87.8% circumflex 69.8% Type lesion: A:7.9%in 47.4% B:57.6%in 38.5 %in patients.Type C:33.8%in 10.4%in
